Yes. If left at room temperature, the tea will begin to ferment after about 5 days, reducing its intended effectiveness.

Results vary by blend:

• Inflammation, incontinence, and prostate teas: typically show results within 3–5 days.

• Blood pressure and diabetic teas: usually require consistent use for about 6 weeks before changes appear in medical results.

Many herbs in our blends have natural diuretic properties, so morning consumption is recommended. The only tea suggested for evening use is Slow Motion, which supports relaxation and sleep.

No. Please consult your doctor before making any changes to your medication routine. Many customers use our teas alongside their prescriptions, and some have had their physicians gradually reduce medications over time — always under medical supervision.

Our herbs are natural and generally well‑tolerated, but we recommend consulting a pediatrician before giving them to children. All ingredients are listed on the label for your review.

Our teas are never diluted with sulfates or chemical preservatives. We use herbs exactly as nature provides them each season. For example, Wingstem becomes dormant in winter, so it is replaced with winter‑growing botanicals such as Magnolia Bark, Sow Thistle, or Camellia Japonica—all offering similar benefits and harvested responsibly during colder months.

We are currently only taking pre-orders. The teas are seasonal, which simply means the land provides the herbs year-round.  If a replaceable herb is not available to make a tea that assist with inflammation, then that particular tea won't be available again until the spring.  If an herb, however, is replaceable by another herb that can be harvested in the wintertime with the same healing element, then we will continue to sell that particular tea with the added herb.
